Dee4Drones Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

Dee4Drones offers a range of drone services, including but not limited to aerial photography, video, thermal imaging, Matterport 3D virtual tours, and remote project monitoring. All services will be delivered in accordance with the agreement made with the client.

2. Quotation & Acceptance

All quotes provided by Dee4Drones are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Once the client confirms acceptance of the quote, a contract is formed between Dee4Drones and the client based on these terms and conditions.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 28 days of the invoice date. For large-scale or complex projects, a 50% deposit may be required, which will be clearly outlined in the initial project quote. No work will commence until the deposit has been received.

Failure to make payment by the due date may result in interest charges of 2% per month on overdue amounts until full payment is received.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made by the client less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total project cost.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be communicated at least 48 hours before the original booking date. Any rescheduling within 48 hours will be treated as a cancellation.

5. Weather Condition

Certain services, including drone flights, are weather-dependent. In the case of unsuitable weather, Dee4Drones reserves the right to reschedule services without penalty. No additional costs will be incurred for rescheduling due to weather conditions.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • The client is responsible for ensuring that all required permissions for site access and airspace clearance are obtained.
  • The client will ensure that the site is clear of any hazards that may affect drone operations or site monitoring.

7. Liability Insurance

Dee4Drones holds liability insurance that covers damage to client property caused by negligence or operational errors during drone operations. Prior to commencing any project, we will complete a comprehensive Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS) to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Dee4Drones is not responsible for damage resulting from factors outside our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, pre-existing conditions, or third-party actions. We will work closely with our insurer to ensure any valid claims are handled promptly and efficiently. Please report any issues within 7 days of the incident.

If you would like further details on coverage or policy limitations, feel free to ask.
